Michael Dickinson, Haematologist and Early Phase Clinical Trial PI at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, shared on X:
“Advanced-stage high-grade B-cell lymphoma (MYC-R with BCL2 and/or BCL6-R), single-centre series, n=124: 69 MYC/BCL2, 34 triple hit, 21 MYC/BCL6. Targeted NGS in 36.
CR 44%, 2-year OS 59.8%, CNS relapse 10.1%.
DA-R-EPOCH associated with better OS than R-CHOP-based therapy.
MYC/BCL6-R: more CNS relapse and rapid progression to death after relapse, with a different cell of origin from BCL2-R disease.
Perhaps a place for novel agents – definitely looking for more cohorts treated with bispecific antibodies 1L in the coming years.”
