Anwaar Saeed Presented Phase 2 Data on DSP107 and Atezolizumab in MSS Colorectal Cancer at ASCO25
Anwaar Saeed, Associate Professor and Chief of Gastrointestinal Medical Oncology at the University of Pittsburgh, shared a post on X:
“Honored to lead and present topline Ph 2 data for DSP107 +/- Atezolizumab in 3L MSS CRC at American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
– Median OS: 17 months >> 60% improvement over SOC.
– ~80% with liver metastases – the most challenging subset.A randomized Phase 2b trial to advance this promising approach is coming soon.”
