Simone Cesaro: Recipient CMV positivity predicts better outcomes in pediatric stem cell transplant

“In pediatric stem cell transplant, positive CMV serology status of the recipient and of the donor predicts a better outcome, while no influence was found by positive or negative CMV serology of the donor if recipient CMV serology is negative.”
