Alison Dziarmaga, VP, US Franchise Head of Breast Cancer at AstraZeneca, shared on LinkedIn:
“The past two days in New York were a powerful reminder of what’s possible when collaboration and strong partnerships come together around a shared goal: improving outcomes for those living with breast cancer.
I had the opportunity to join the 2026 Susan G. Komen Partner Summit, where I participated in a panel discussion moderated by Victoria Wolodzko Smart to discuss the value of partnerships. I was excited to discuss AstraZeneca’s new Patient Navigation Infrastructure Collaboration with Komen, where together, we’re working to better understand and strengthen patient navigation across the U.S., because advances in science can only make a difference if patients can access them. You can read more about our partnership.

I was also honored to accept the 2026 Vanguard Award on behalf of AstraZeneca from the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation at their No One Fights Alone Gala. This recognition reflects the collective efforts of researchers, clinicians, advocates, and many others working to support the TNBC community and drive progress forward.
Leaving New York, I’m feeling inspired, gratitude, and a renewed awareness that this work is far from finished. Every person facing breast cancer deserves to be seen, supported, and connected to the care and resources they need – regardless of ZIP code, background, or circumstances. The urgency and sense of purpose that filled these conversations will carry forward long after October.
Thank you to Susan G. Komen and the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation for your partnership and unwavering commitment to the breast cancer community.”
