The Restracomp Fellowship supports exceptional non-clinical postdoctoral researchers at SickKids with full-time research appointments under SickKids scientists. Awards provide stable support for two years, with optional co-funded opportunities via SickKids Centres and donors.
Eligibility Criteria:

Hold a Research Fellow appointment at SickKids under a Senior Scientist, Scientist, Senior Associate Scientist, or Associate Scientist by the award start date.

Full-time fellowship commitment.

Doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, MD/PhD).

No more than 64 months of prior full-time postdoctoral research fellowship experience at the start date.

Intended for fellows without clinical appointments.
Funding Details:

CAD $60,000 per year for 2 years (CAD $50,000 from RTC + CAD $10,000 supervisor contribution).

Automatic consideration for select donor-funded awards; applicants may opt-in for Centre co-funding within the application (supplemental materials may be required).
