Fox Chase Cancer Center Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship

Two-year CGSO fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center (NCI-designated; Temple-affiliated). Three fellows per year receive high-volume operative exposure across GI/HPB, colorectal, breast, melanoma, head & neck, thoracic, gynecologic oncology, plus regional therapies (HIPEC, isolated limb infusion). Curriculum includes non-surgical rotations (medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology), robust conferences, and research with options spanning basic, translational, outcomes, and clinical trials; opportunity to pursue a master’s in clinical research during year one.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Completion of a general surgery residency (US or Canada).

  • International applicants: must have passed USMLE, FMGEMS, TOEFL or FLEX and be able to secure a Pennsylvania medical license.
