Radiation Oncology Fellowships – The Ottawa Hospital

One-year clinical/research fellowships at The Ottawa Hospital Cancer Program (University of Ottawa) with two streams: Head & Neck Radiation Oncology, and MR-Linac & Gastrointestinal Radiation Oncology. Fellows join high-volume multidisciplinary services with MR-sim, CyberKnife, ten Elekta linacs, HDR/LDR brachytherapy, and an MR-LINAC program.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • FRCPC in Radiation Oncology (or international equivalent).

  • Eligible for educational licensure in Ontario.

  • Competent in spoken and written English.

  • All qualified applicants may apply; preference given to Canadian applicants with Royal College certification.

Funding Details:

  • Remuneration commensurate with clinical experience and post-graduate scales defined by the University of Ottawa.

  • One-year term beginning July 1, 2026 (start date negotiable).

  • Clinical and research activity balanced to fellow interests within the chosen stream.
