Two-year, board-certification–oriented Surgical Oncology fellowship in Italy (3 positions) with four tailored 4-month rotations (e.g., GI, colorectal, sarcoma, pancreas, liver, peritoneum, melanoma, breast), integrated teaching and research, and a pathway to ESSO certification/EBSQ exam; start January 2026.
Eligibility Criteria:

Completed General Surgery residency at an Italian university.

Under 45 years of age.

Documented clinical/scientific CV in surgical oncology and good English (spoken/written).

Current SICO annual membership fee paid.
Funding Details:

Fellowship scholarship: EUR 60,000 total for the 24-month program.

Expense reimbursement: up to EUR 3,000 per year (with receipts) for training-related costs (e.g., travel, congresses).

Insurance coverage depends on the Host Institution; a framework agreement defines duties/benefits before start.
