Eligibility Criteria:

Eligible for College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) license; foreign graduates may apply if able to obtain educational license, work permit, and visa.

Prior formal Radiation Oncology residency training.

Canadian citizens/permanent residents considered first (citizenship disclosure statement required).

Complete application with online fellowship form, CV, three reference letters (one from Residency Program Director), cover letter with learning goals and proposed project, and medical school transcripts.
