Funds institutional programs that hire and train post-bacc fellows for 1–2 years of mentored, full-time cancer research with structured curriculum and career support.
Eligibility Criteria:

U.S.-based 501(c)(3) academic/research institution with accredited programs and a strong cancer research environment; one application per institution.

PI must be full-time faculty (typically Associate/Full Professor) with proven mentoring/admin experience.

Tobacco-industry funding exclusion for PI and mentors.

Subcontracts allowed within the U.S. and its territories only.
Funding Details:

Up to USD 220,000 per year (max 3 years) to support up to four fellows, including stipends, training costs, and administrative oversight.

Up to 10% indirect costs allowed.
