Eligibility Criteria:

U.S.-based 501(c)(3) academic/research institution with accredited programs and an active cancer research enterprise; one application per institution.

PI must be full-time faculty (typically Associate/Full Professor) with evidence of mentoring capacity and program leadership.

Tobacco-industry funding exclusion applies to PI and mentors.

Subcontracts allowed within the U.S. and its territories only.
Funding Details:

USD 22,000–44,000 per year for up to 3 years.

Supports 4–8 interns per year (USD 5,000 per intern) plus a small program allowance.

No indirect costs.
