“After 3 deeply rewarding years as Chief Development Officer at Binaytara, I am stepping into my next chapter.
I am proud of our team’s remarkable progress. Together, we built our core fundraising infrastructure, expanded industry partnerships, and achieved year-over-year growth for our CME conferences while spearheading a high-impact HPV self-testing initiative in southern Nepal.
In parallel, we established an implementation science research program and continue to advance the critical milestones required to break ground on Phase 1 of our 250-bed comprehensive cancer center in Janakpur – one of the largest global oncology infrastructure projects undertaken by a U.S. organization in a low- or middle-income country. To cap off an extraordinary period of growth, we even found time to trek to Annapurna Base Camp together!
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Binay Shah and Tara Shah, our board, donors, industry partners, and government allies. Together, we expanded life-saving care to the communities that needed it most and will continue to do so for years to come. I look forward to sharing my next professional chapter here in Seattle soon!”
