Tomislav Sokol is a Croatian politician and Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Croatian Democratic Union since 2019. He serves on the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and has been a member of the Special Committee on the COVID-19 Pandemic and the ENVI rapporteur for the European Health Data Space proposal. A Senior Lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, Sokol previously served as a Member of the Croatian Parliament and as Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Science and Education.
