182 patients randomized:

  • 2 weeks prior to surgery, structured exercise prescription, personalized based on mobility scores.
  • Home-based exercise intervention monitored remotely by a licensed physical therapist.
  • Improvement in fatigue scores for all, 6MWT for female lung cancer surgical patients.”
