- Changed the standards of cancer care more than 100 times, and
- Saved more than 3 million years of human life
Also, you get to work with really awesome people including Roberta A Albany, Barbara Segarra-Vazquez, Jacob Singleton, Laura Esfeller, Allison Rosen, Anne Marie Mercurio, and others!”
Quoting Anne Marie Mercurio’s post:
“We are recruiting a melanoma patient advocate at SWOG Cancer Research Network. There are many paths that fall under the patient advocacy umbrella and this role is focused on cancer research. SWOG advocates are involved from the earliest stages of an idea (well before protocols are written!) to ensure its clinical trials are as patient centric as possible without sacrificing scientific rigor.
Please take a moment to share in your networks. The deadline for applications is April 9. Barbara Segarra-Vazquez and I look forward to hearing from you! More information.”
