Ishu Kataria: Remembering Dr. Sankar – A Legacy of Compassion, Wisdom, and Humility
Ishu Kataria, Senior Public Health Researcher at RTI International, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A legend gone too soon! It’s hard to put into words the loss I feel with the passing of Dr. Sankar – a remarkable human being. I was truly fortunate to be mentored by him, to learn from his vast knowledge, to be guided by his quiet strength and unwavering commitment to others. He showed me what it means to live with humility, compassion, and passion.
Dr. Sankar never sought recognition, but his life was full of meaning. He never turned anyone away. He gave generously of his time, his wisdom, and his heart.
His kindness, gentleness, and deep dedication will never be forgotten. Life is temporary, but his legacy is permanent – rooted in the lives he touched, including mine and the values he lived by every day.
I will miss you deeply, Dr. Sankar. Thank you for everything.”
