Herbert Loong: ASCO25 Marks the End of My Appointment as ASCO International Affairs Committee Chair
Herbert Loong, Chair-Elect of the International Affairs Committee at ASCO, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“As ASCO25 is coming round the corner, it also signifies my appointment as Chair of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) International Affairs Committee is coming to an end. I want to thank all my colleagues and friends from around the World for their continuous support throughout the year.
Our oncology community can only grow and thrive with engagement from all stakeholders – early career, seasoned, academia, community, industry, regulatory, patients and patients’advocates and many others.
This could not have been done without all the extremely diligent and supportive American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) staff and colleagues who are really the people who make the magic happen!
Looking forward to passing the torch to our upcoming Chair of the IAC Dr. Monica Malik who will continue to push our global agenda forward!
