Identifying children with cancer predisposition syndromes (CPS) has significant clinical consequences. Advances in genetics offer potential for preclinical diagnosis, helping at-risk children benefit from genetic testing and counseling.
The SIOPE Host Genome Working Group (HGWG) aims to broaden expertise in this field.
