“Martin Garrix is the newest ambassador of the Princess Máxima Center.
Today Martin Garrix visited the children in the center, where he had organized a special DJ clinic for them. During his visit to the Máxima Center, he was officially appointed ambassador.
Martin Garrix, ‘I think it’s fantastic what the Princess Máxima Center does for children with cancer. I know that so many children around the world are still dying from this disease. This motivates me to contribute to the important mission of the Máxima Center to cure every child with cancer, with the best possible quality of life. It is an honor to be part of an organization that plays such an important role in the lives of these children.’
Board member and pediatric oncologist Rob Pieters on behalf of the Princess Máxima Center, ‘We are extremely excited to welcome Martin Garrix as our new ambassador. His support will help us to carry out our mission worldwide and make a difference for all children with cancer. Together, we can raise awareness that too many children are still dying from this disease and that there is an urgent need for better treatments. International cooperation is crucial to make progress and increase survival rates and improve the quality of life of children who are cured.”
