The IASLC Latin America Conference on Lung Cancer (LALCA24) was held at the Grand Hyatt Bogotá in Bogotá, Colombia on November 14-16.
LALCA is a vibrant conference with a rich history that will showcase the latest research, a variety of relevant topics, and educational sessions led by top experts.
This event offered an excellent chance to connect with professionals from different fields who are dedicated to thoracic cancers, while also gaining insights into the newest advancements in prevention, detection, and treatment through innovative data presentations.
The event was organized by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASCL).
Estela Rodriguez, Associate Director of Community Outreach and Co-Lead of Thoracic Site Disease Group of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, shared a few insights from LALCA2024:
