Sendurai Mani: Reflecting on a transformative experience with Leadership Rhode Island
Sendurai Mani posted the following on LinkedIn:
“It was an incredible journey over the past ten months with Leadership Rhode Island (LRI) as part of the Upsilon II (U2) class. This past week, along with 76 fantastic classmates and fellow leaders, we graduated from this program.
This LRI core program has been a unique opportunity to develop vital leadership skills, including strategic thinking, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and a deeper appreciation for diversity and inclusiveness. I am honored to now be part of a powerful alumni network of over 3,000 committed professionals.
I want to give special thanks to John Tarantino for recommending this program and extend heartfelt gratitude to Richard Staples Jr for his support. I am also grateful to Teresa DeFlitch, Michelle Carr, and the entire LRI team. A special shoutout to my excellent Team Six. Thank you, Leadership Rhode Island, for this transformative experience.”
