• mOS 17.7mos with Amivantamab vs 15.3mos with chemo alone (HR 0.73), but ‘did NOT reach pre-specified significance’
• mPFS2 16mos vs 11.6mos (HR: 0.64)
• SKIPPirr: prophylaxis Dex to decrease infusion reactions when using Amivantamab.”
