Cheng Ean Chee: Privileged to co-chair the HCC session at the Singapore Hepatology Conference

Cheng Ean Chee shared a post on LinkedIn:

“July was a busy and productive month! I had the privilege of co-chairing the Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) session at the Singapore Hepatology Conference (SHC) alongside Dr. Edhel Tripon (Philippines) and Dr. Yang Wei Lyn (Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore).

The session featured insightful updates and stimulating discussions on key topics in HCC:

  • Role of Non-Invasive Tests in NASH and HCC Risk by Dr. Daniel Huang, CFA
    (National University Hospital, Singapore)
  • Hepatocellular Surveillance: Barriers, Gaps, and New Strategies by Dr. Ken Liu (Australia)
  • Debate: Adjuvant Therapy for HCC Cure featuring Prof. Pierce Chow, National Cancer Centre Singapore vs. A/Prof. Glenn Bonney, National University Hospital, Singapore)
  • Updates in Systemic Therapy for HCC: The Way Forward by A/Prof. Cheng Ean Chee (National University Cancer Institute, Singapore)

Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to these important conversations and advance our understanding of HCC.”
