AACR Project GENIE has released its 16th public dataset
American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) shared on LinkedIn:
“AACR Project GENIE, a publicly accessible cancer registry of real-world clinico-genomic data, has released its 16th public dataset. The registry now contains more than 214,000 genomic samples from almost 185,000 patients.
The combined data set now features 112 major cancer types, including data from approximately 27,000 patients with lung cancer, 18,500 patients with colorectal cancer, and 16,500 patients with breast cancer. Learn more.”
