Sharon Kapambwe: The first meeting of GBCI WHO Africa Expert Group

“The Global Breast Cancer Initiative (GBCI) was launched in 2021. Yesterday, we held the first meeting of GBCI WHO Africa Expert Group who will support the development of evidence based and context specific technical products.
The experts have vast experience on cancer and particularly breast cancer in Africa as clinical specialists, policy makers, advocates, people with lived experience, researchers, etc. We look forward to developing products fit for purpose for the Region. Ultimately, my highlight for the day.”
