Saad Sabbagh, Resident Physician in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Florida, shared a post by JAMA Network Open on X, adding the following:
“Excited to share our latest publication in JAMA Network Open on biomarker testing disparities in metastatic colorectal cancer. Honored to work with the incredible team, mentors, and collaborators at Maroone Cancer at Cleveland Clinic Florida, Cleveland Clinic Florida, Zeina Nahleh, Arun Nagarajan, Steven D. Wexner.”
Quoting JAMA Network Open’s post:
“In a national cohort of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer, older age, lower educational level, community-setting treatment, South-Central US divisions, and rural areas of residence were associated with decreased MSI and KRAS testing.”
