Zouina Sarfraz: New Real-World Evidence in Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Zouina Sarfraz, Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Oncology at the Miami Cancer Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Pleased to share our new publication in Journal of Neuro-Oncology:

‘Treatment patterns and survival outcomes in neuroendocrine neoplasms presenting with brain metastases’

Clinical outcomes in patients with brain metastases from neuroendocrine neoplasms remain poorly characterized. This study adds real-world evidence on treatment patterns and survival outcomes in this population.

This work reflects a wonderful collaborative effort, and I am especially grateful to Manmeet Ahluwalia, MD, MBA, FASCO for his mentorship and guidance, and to Tulika Ranjan, Fatma Nihan Akkoç Mustafayev, MD, Joey Luzarraga, and Lydia Hodgson for their valuable contributions and support.”
