“About 400,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year globally. Survival exceeds 80% in high-income countries but remains below 30% in many low- and middle-income settings, reflecting gaps in early diagnosis and access to treatment.
International Childhood Cancer Day highlights the urgency of addressing these inequities.”
