“Interesting signal generation from DESTINY-Breast07: T-DXd + durvalumab showed encouraging PFS across biomarkers, with a possible trend toward greater benefit in PD-L1 ≥5% and stromal TIL-high tumors.
No definitive biomarker yet, but these data continue to support the importance of the immune microenvironment in optimizing ADC + IO strategies.”
