A new framework quantifies the efficacy-effectiveness gap from a national registry (DAMMED).
In melanoma:
- IO deviated only in ineligible pts (HR 1.61)
- Targeted therapy deviated even in eligible ones
The method is exportable to any registry-backed disease.
