“Research capacity is essential to improving childhood cancer care and every child deserves to benefit from evidence generated in their own context.
The Programme for Advancing the Research Capacity (PARC), established by International Society of Paediatric Oncology – SIOP, aims to strengthen pediatric oncology clinical research infrastructure in low- and middle-income countries.
Through three key priorities – Enable, Advocate, and Mobilize, PARC supports local research capacity, promotes the use of evidence to improve outcomes, and mobilizes resources for clinical research.
Together, we can strengthen research systems and help turn local evidence into better care and better outcomes for children with cancer.”
