“We’re proud to announce the third cohort of the Winn Clinical Investigator Leadership Award (Winn CILA).
The future of clinical trials depends on strong, community-centered leadership. Through the Winn CILA, early-career physician-researchers in oncology and cardiovascular research receive advanced training, high-impact mentorship, salary support, and access to national research networks.
Through the program they continue building the skills and connections needed to drive improved participation in clinical trials.
This work is made possible with support from the Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation, and in collaboration with Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation‘s EveryGrant and the American Heart Association.
