“With the beginning of a new year -2026- approaching in 3 days, we are looking forward to continuing our dedicated research into all things related to cancer.
Our efforts are boosted by the news that the Board of the Paula Takacs Foundation for Sarcoma Research has approved our grant application to develop nanotechnology strategy to deliver tumor suppressing molecules like microRNA.
This project will be led by our sarcoma oncologist Dr. Megan Jagosky and nanotechnology expert Dr. Dawen Zhao, and supported by genomics and bioinformatics team led by Drs. Nury Steuerwald, Guangxu Jin, and myself. Other team members include Jenny Chen, Paul Yang.
We are very grateful for this support from the Paula Takacs Foundation and highly motivated to make a difference in the coming year! ”
