“Summer Reading Series – Less Noise, Better Thinking

Fascinating book: What Is Life? by Erwin Schrödinger.

What makes this book so remarkable is not only the brilliance of Schrödinger himself, but also the fact that he was not formally trained as a biologist.

Approaching biology through the lens of a physicist, he challenges conventional thinking and asks fundamental questions about the nature of life with a freshness that remains inspiring today.

The book is certainly not the easiest read, but that is also part of its value. It forces you to think differently, connect disciplines, and question assumptions.

More than once, I found myself stopping to reflect on an idea that completely reshaped my perspective.

It is a true reminder that some of the most important breakthroughs happen at the intersection of disciplines.

A genuine mind-bender that continues to influence science decades after it was written.
