Vivek Subbiah: Interesting Publication on ctDNA Detection in CRC

Vivek Subbiah, Chief of Early-Phase Drug Development at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Interesting publication in Nature Medicine.

Tumor‑informed ctDNA nails MRD detection in CRC, but ALTAIR reminds us detection does not equal intervention.

FTD/TPI didn’t significantly improve DFS and delivered heavy hematologic toxicity. The future is ctDNA‑guided therapy; now we need therapies that can actually move the needle.”
