Violaine Randrian: The Mechanism of Mismatch Repair Deficiency Informs Survival Outcomes Derived From ICB

Violaine Randrian, Visiting Investigator at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, MD, PhD at CHU de Poitiers, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Back from ESMO2025 with good vibes after presenting Abstract#111O-The mechanism of mismatch repair deficiency (MMRd) informs survival outcomes derived from immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) across MMRd solid tumors in Basic Science and Translational Research session.

I had the great opportunity to work on that project as a visiting investigator at MSKCC in Luis Diaz’ lab, thanks to Zsofia Stadler and with amazing mentorship by Benoit Rousseau.

Thanks to patients for their implication, Kieran Sweeney from Caris Life Sciences for this fruitful collaboration, and to all colleagues who gave their help, especially Oliver Artz, PhD, and Emily Alouani.

This was made possible with the support of SNFGE, Société Nationale Française de Gastro-Entérologie, Ligue contre le cancer, Université de Poitiers, and CHU de Poitiers.”
