Vincent Rajkumar, Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, shared on X:
“Leadership is about many things but vision is the most important.
A visionary leader, with the right skills and vision for can benefit humanity. Not just themselves or their own group or organization.
Sometimes leaders can make themselves sound visionary or justify a narrow vision, but people will see through it.
The skills to execute a visionary plan is not scarce and not the same as being visionary. Being visionary is a special trait. That’s the type of leader I admire.”
