“It was an honor to serve as a member of the PhD thesis committee for a remarkable dissertation, alongside Dr. Emilio Fonseca and Dr. Diego Soto Prado, on ‘Therapeutic strategies in localized esophageal adenocarcinoma and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma’.
The work addressed a highly relevant area in oncology, contributing valuable insights into the optimization of treatment approaches for these challenging malignancies.
My sincere congratulations to Lucía Mateos Rueda for this achievement and for the dedication demonstrated throughout this research journey.
Congratulations as well to the thesis directors, Drs.
