“I’m hiring.
As DayOne grows towards becoming a launchpad for tech ventures enabling Pharma R&D, I’m looking for a Pharma R&D Venture Lead to join the team.
This is not a pure program management role.
I’m looking for someone who can sit down with a startup, understand the science behind what they are building, challenge assumptions, identify technical and industry risks, and then connect them with the right experts, mentors and partners to move forward.
Someone who can connect the dots across Pharma R&D.
You don’t need to be the expert in everything – nobody is.
But you should understand enough of the technologies, processes and stakeholders involved in bringing a molecule from an AI-enabled discovery platform, through preclinical and clinical development, all the way to patient recruitment in a Phase III trial.
That breadth matters because our portfolio is broad, and I want this person to own the technical expertise within our team and help us provide better, more relevant support to the ventures we work with.
And then there is the TEAM.
We are a small, flexible and dynamic group of people who genuinely help each other.
We learn constantly, share what we know, step in when someone needs support, and have a lot of freedom to shape how we work and where DayOne goes next.
