Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The TNM Core Committee held its annual meeting today, and online, at UICC’s offices in Geneva, Switzerland.
International experts and partner organisations gathered to review progress across the TNM Classification of Malignant Tumours, and discuss future priorities for global cancer staging and the next edition of the TNM Classification publication.
Maintained and published by UICC, the TNM Classification is the globally recognised system used to describe how cancer has spread at the time of diagnosis.
For more than 70 years, TNM has been built through international, multidisciplinary collaboration, supporting better understanding, treatment, and outcomes worldwide.
