Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Children who vape are more likely to become smokers, be diagnosed with asthma, and have poor mental health, according to a new analysis from the University of York in the UK.
Carcinogenic chemicals are compounds found in the aerosol, such as formaldehyde, benzene and heavy metals, which are known to cause lung cancer and other health issues.
UICC members around the world are working to stop the tobacco industry from targeting more young people through new forms of smoking, like colourful e-cigarettes and smokeless products.
