In his keynote, corrects the record for the field that there are not cell state shifts toward MES at GBM recurrence. Actually no consistent changes – our therapies are not dramatically changing the malignant cell states or TIME states (the treatments also don’t work).
Data from >120 patients samples from around the world with matched primary and recurrent pairs.”
