“Practice changing SWOG S18 MAVERICK trial by C Rusthoven.
I think this should be seen as then end of using PCI in SCLC. Endpoints changed bc slow recruitment. Although more CNS mets pfs was the same. Less toxicity, which increases over time. Not a surprise, but well conducted.”
