“Did you know that our origin story didn’t begin with creating access to treatment?
In 1997, we launched a help line to provide patients in Latin America with guidance and information about cancer. Years later, our global help line continues to reach people wherever they are and connect them to care and support.
Today, when someone fills out our Patient Contact Form, their question doesn’t disappear into a system. It’s routed to the region where that person lives and answered by team members who understand their local realities of access and care.
Although we’re unable to provide direct support in response to many of the requests we receive, we refer individuals to other organizations that may be able to help. This demonstrates our core value to treat each person reaching out with human dignity, reflecting a component of care that begins with listening.”
