“Excited to see the updated results from KOMET-007 presented by Dr. Zeidan at EHA2026 and grateful to have contributed to this important study.
Ziftomenib + intensive chemotherapy (7+3) demonstrated encouraging activity in newly diagnosed NPM1-mutated and KMT2A-rearranged AML:
- CRc 96% (NPM1m) and 90% (KMT2A-r)
- MRD negativity 85% and 82%, respectively
- Median OS not reached in either cohort
- Low 60-day mortality (2% NPM1m; 4% KMT2A-r)
- Differentiation syndrome in <5%, all successfully managed.
These data support the ongoing phase 3 KOMET-017 trial evaluating ziftomenib in frontline AML.”
