“Grateful for a little R&R in Peru with my beautiful wife – time to unplug, recharge, and reset.
We’ve been fortunate to travel the world, yet every place still brings new surprises, new perspectives, and something unexpected to learn. That’s the beauty of exploration-you never stop discovering.
In many ways, it feels a lot like oncology and medicine. No matter how much we think we know, each patient, each case, and each breakthrough teaches us something new. The landscape is constantly evolving, and staying curious is what keeps us moving forward.
Travel reminds me to embrace that uncertainty, remain open-minded, and continue learning.
Will return home with renewed energy, fresh perspective, and a lot of gratitude-for the journey, and for the privilege of the work we do.”
