“Prospective analysis of ctDNA in patients with stage III NSCLC treated with chemoradiation and durvalumab on JTO and JTO CRR. ctDNA detected in 35% after CRT but not prognostic. If ctDNA+ at 6m (in 28%), mPFS 14.7m versus 46.9m if negative (HR 2.45).”
