“Report JCO Oncology Practice: in 371 pts with no brain metastases, 26% developed metastases over 3 years. Brain was first site of progression in 18% and only site in 11%.

1 year incidence similar with chemo and with chemo-IO. PCI lowers risk. Will bispecifics/ADCs improve risk?”
