“Cytokine Release Symptoms rather than Syndromes
Pleased to share our new Annals of Oncology paper!
As next‑generation T‑cell–redirecting therapies expand, current CRS grading systems no longer capture the clinical and biological complexity we see in trials. We propose a shift toward granular, symptom‑ and intervention‑based reporting to improve safety interpretation, cross‑trial comparability, and patient management.
Grateful to an outstanding group of co‑authors / clinical trialists for this collaborative effort!”
