Each shared resource is staffed by talented professionals who serve as expert scientists, consultants or full collaborators. These centralized facilities centralize specialized equipment and technical expertise in areas such as genomics, imaging and proteomics, among others. By making advanced technologies broadly accessible, St. Jude enables research groups to pursue innovative ideas that might otherwise be limited by access to equipment or specialized knowledge.
